Mr. Burke joined Triangle Capital in 2010 as a Vice President. His responsibilities include transaction structuring, underwriting, and deal execution. He is also responsible for various aspects of valuation and portfolio management.

Prior to joining Triangle, Mr. Burke was an Associate with Key Principal Partners, a $1B private equity and mezzanine firm, where he was responsible for actively sourcing, evaluating, and structuring junior capital investment opportunities across a broad range of industries. Prior to KPP, Mr. Burke was an Associate with Cross Atlantic Capital Partners, a $500M venture capital firm focused on early to mid-stage technology investing. Mr. Burke began his career as a consultant with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young in the Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment group.

Mr. Burke received his M.B.A., with honors, from the Wharton School and a B.S. in Systems Engineering, with distinction, from the University of Virginia.
