Mr. Bitsas joined Triangle Capital Corporation in 2008 and is an associate responsible for transaction underwriting and valuation, as well as post-closing portfolio management.

Prior to joining Triangle, Mr. Bitsas was a senior transaction advisor in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services group where he performed financial due diligence for Fortune 100 clients and national private equity firms. Prior to that, Mr. Bitsas served as a staff and senior accountant in Ernst & Young’s Core Assurance group where he served a variety of publicly traded clients and privately held businesses in the pharmaceutical, insurance, manufacturing, telecom, and agricultural industries.

Mr. Bitsas holds a BSBA and a Masters of Accountancy degree from Appalachian State University and is currently pursuing an MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of North Carolina.
