Team

Mr. Ward joined Triangle in 2007 and works as part of the investment team in structuring, underwriting, and executing new investments. He also performs various portfolio monitoring and valuation roles.

Prior to joining Triangle, Mr. Ward worked as a staff accountant in KPMG’s audit practice where he served publicly traded financial services clients. Mr. Ward holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration, a B.A. degree in Political Science, and a Master of Accounting degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of North Carolina.
