Ms. Colquitt is responsible for investor relations, treasury management, business development, and human resources. She joined Triangle Securities when it was founded in 2000 where she was involved with a wide variety of transactions including private placement offerings, mergers and acquisitions, management-led buyouts, and fairness opinions. In 2002, the investment banking division of Triangle Securities became Triangle Capital Partners, and later formed Triangle Mezzanine Fund LLLP, the predecessors to Triangle Capital Corporation. Prior to joining Triangle, Ms. Colquitt served as vice president of human resources for First Travelcorp, Inc., the largest investor owned travel company in the Southeast, from 1990 – 2000. Ms. Colquitt holds a BSBA from N.C. Wesleyan College.
